Board Exams ki Taiyari School Pressure ke beech

Board Exam ki Sahi Taiyari (School Pressure ke beech)

🔹 Sabse Pehle Ek Sach Samajh Lijiye

School ke questions = practice ke liye
Board exam = presentation + clarity ke liye

School zyada questions isliye deta hai taaki:

  • Aap likhne ke aadat mein aao

  • Concept strong ho

  • Weak areas pakde jaa saken

👉 Lekin har sawal yaad karna zaroori nahi.

🔹 Golden Rule (Board Students ke liye)

“Har chapter ke 30–40% questions se

70–80% board paper cover ho jaata hai.”

Smart selection > blind practice

🔹 STEP–1: Syllabus ko 3 Buckets mein Baant Do

🟢 Bucket A – MUST DO (Non-Negotiable)

  • Definitions

  • Formulas / dates / keywords

  • NCERT in-text & back questions

  • Diagrams / maps / numericals

👉 Yeh pass + base marks dilate hain

🟡 Bucket B – IMPORTANT QUESTIONS

  • Previous 5–10 years ke repeated questions

  • Teacher ke “yeh important hai” wale points

  • Case-based / competency-based questions

👉 Yeh 75–90% range ke liye kaafi hote hain

🔵 Bucket C – EXTRA PRACTICE

  • Very lengthy questions

  • Similar type ke repeated sums

  • Tough HOTS questions

👉 Sirf tab jab time bacha ho
❌ Stress lene ke liye nahi

🔹 STEP–2: School Homework ko Board-Style mein Convert Karo

Teachers jo bhi questions dein:

❌ Poora likhne ki zaroorat nahi
Answer ka structure likho

Example:

  • Headings

  • 4–5 keywords

  • Diagram ka rough idea

👉 1 question = 5–7 lines ka skeleton

Isse:

  • Time bachta hai

  • Brain board-pattern mein train hota hai

🔹 STEP–3: Unit Tests ko “Mock Board” banao

Unit test = punishment nahi, practice paper

Test ke baad:

  1. Galtiyon ki list banao

  2. Repeat galti ko circle karo

  3. Sirf weak chapters revise karo

👉 Pura syllabus dubara padhna ❌

🔹 STEP–4: Board-Focused Daily Routine (School ke saath)

Weekdays:

  • School work + tuition

  • Raat ko 1.5 ghanta:

    • 1 chapter ka revision

    • Only Bucket A + B

Weekends:

  • 1 sample paper / unit test analysis

  • Diagram / formula practice

🔹 STEP–5: Board Examiner Kya Dekhta Hai

Marks milte hain:

  • Neat writing

  • Clear points

  • Underlined keywords

  • Diagram / map

Marks is baat par nahi kat-te:

  • Language thodi simple ho

  • Answer thoda chhota ho (agar points clear ho)

🔹 STEP–6: Exam Se Pehle “NO-GUILT Rule”

  • Sab questions nahi ho paaye → OK

  • Kuch chapters weak reh gaye → Normal

  • Anxiety aayi → Human

👉 Board exam perfect students nahi,
prepared students chahata hai.

🌱 Ek Line Mein Board Strategy

“School ka pressure handle karo,
lekin padhai board ke pattern ke hisaab se.”
