Ingredients
- For batter
- 300 gm Paneer ( Cottage cheese)
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- salt as per taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium capsicum cut into big pieces as shown in picture below
- 1 medium onion cut into big pieces as shown in picture below
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- 1/4 cup spring onions ( optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1-2 green chilies( as per the taste) cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon corn flour mix with 5 tablespoon water

Cut paneer in small cube ( 1 * 1/2 inch) . Mix all the ingredient for batter except paneer and make smooth batter.
