Mstislav "Misti" Pavlov is a Russian artist born in 1967 in St. Petersburg. His artistic talent was recognized early, and he began drawing at age five. He studied at the prestigious Hermitage Museum's painting program for gifted children and later at the Academy of Fine Art in St. Petersburg, where he graduated as valedictorian and was named "Best Graduate of the Year."
Pavlov's style is characterized as impressionistic, with a focus on romantic settings and the play of light. He frequently paints the beauty of women and children, as well as landscapes. His work, which he creates using various techniques, including oil painting, has been exhibited and is held in private and public collections in Russia, Europe, and the United States.
